Continuos & Blind Contour

   Hey! I did art with my friend, Lauryn, we did continuos contour, and blind contour. Continuos contour is wear you do a still life with out lifting you pencil of the paper. Where as blind contour is where you don't look at you paper. Afterwards, we chose our favorite, and traced over it with pastels, and finally painted it with water color.

Distorted Grid Portrits

   Hey! I did this with my mom. How it works is you print a picture of yourself, then you draw a grid on it. After that you draw a messed up grid (with the same amount of boxes) on your paper. Using your grid, you transfer your portrait onto the paper. Finally, you color it, and it comes out looking like this!

Our printer was low on ink, so it printed funky colors, which I used for inspiration!

Abstract Forest

   Hey!
 
   Marco, Audrey (friend), Ian (friend), and myself enjoy an art class hosted by my mom, almost every wednesday. We started experimenting with different techniques to make trees and leaves using sponges and pallet knives about three weeks ago.

   Here's the one we did with pallet knives only.

 

 

   This one we used a paint brush and sponges.
